2-1-1 New Hampshire
2-1-1 is a free and confidential information and referral search center for any Human Service need. Call 2-1-1 and you will be connected to a live person who will help with food, housing, employment, health care, counseling and more. 2-1-1 is a free call from anywhere in Vermont or New Hampshire.
Special Needs Support Center of the Upper Valley
SNCS offers an umbrella of services for parents of children with any kind of special needs whether medical, developmental, emotional or learning. SNCS works in collaboration with a variety of other Upper Valley organizations.
