About Cafe Services
Cafe Services use disposable plates, cups, napkins and tumblers which are 100% biodegradable and compostable.  The plates, cups, and parfait tumblers used are made from almost 100% plant and natural fibers that are renewable and sustainable.  Our napkins are 100% recycled and EcoLogo Certified.

Your school lunch program provides lunches daily that comply with nutritional standards set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture. Those standards include at least one serving of protein, two servings of fruits and/or vegetables, one serving of a grain, and 8 fl oz of milk.

Government free and reduced meals include breakfast.   Although many students participate at lunchtime by taking advantage of the government subsidized free and reduced lunch program, Lots of students don't realize that if they are approved for lunch, that also means they are approved for breakfast as well.  Less than 15% of students who are approved for free or reduced meals participate at breakfast.

Free and reduced applications can be submitted all year long.  If your family status changes, or you didn't complete the free and reduced application at the beginning of the year that doesn't mean you missed your opportunity.  New applications are accepted and approved all year long.

All meals served in the school cafe helps to benefit the school district financially.  Every approved meal served in the school cafe results in government reimbursements.  This brings much needed funding into a school district. Additionally, the more meals served within a district helps to increase commodity food contributions by the government, which helps farmers.
