Technology
Lebanon School District has a central technology office with a technology point of contact at each building.  Go to the Technology Pages for a list of technology personnel as well as and other resources/information.

First Class
Lebanon School District uses First Class to
  • manage email and collaborative communication
  • post internal staff calendars, announcements,
  • host shared and private workspace.  
  • host website pages for the district, schools, and teachers/classrooms
Each employee has a first class account with a login/password.   If you are using First Class at school the program is available on your computer.  There are a variety of resources available to help you use your First Class Account:
PowerSchool
PowerSchool and PowerTeacher are used to manage our student information including the gradebook (online).  Teachers in both the JHS and HS use PowerTeacher and have student grades available online throughout the year.  Parents and students have a portal/login to view student grades as they are posted to the the PowerTeacher Gradebook.  Instructions for Setting Up your PowerTeacher Gradebook are available here.  

Sakai
Lebanon School District is in has been piloting Sakai - an online collaborative environment in the district beginning in 09_10. Students in both the JHS and HS have created digital portfolios and teachers are using Sakai to host an online collaborative classroom.  If you would like to have your course(s) / classrooms set up in Sakai, contact the Sakai Admin.
