|To schedule space in our district:|
Step #1: Make sure the space is available! Check the Scheduled Facilities Calendar to view already scheduled events in our district.
Step #2: Schedule your event!
MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON THE SCHEDULE REQUEST TAB!
Hint: If you are putting in more than one request, please make sure to start from the "New Schedule" page EACH time.
- At the end of the request enter the Password: Room Use (note: it is space and case sensitive)
Step #3: Receive PIN number from Facilities Department for access to your event/meeting. The PIN number can be distributed to your participants/group.
Note: PIN numbers are date and event specific and will be deactivated thereafter.

Please allow (5) five business days for processing each request. Certificate of Insurance is required for outside organizations.
