The American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) Fund, authorized under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, provides New Hampshire over $350 million to help schools safely reopen and sustain operations while meeting students’ academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs following the COVID-19 pandemic.
