Amy Allen is a proud native of the Upper Valley and a graduate of Mascoma High School. She earned multiple degrees from the University of New Hampshire and has dedicated her career to education in New Hampshire. Amy spent seven years as Assistant Superintendent for the Manchester School District and previously served as principal at Parker-Varney Elementary and as an Assistant Principal at Hillside Middle School.

In 2023, Amy was thrilled to return to the Upper Valley. She is honored to serve as Superintendent and to work alongside the incredible students, families, faculty, staff, and administrators that make this community so special.

As the superintendent of Lebanon School District, Amy believes every student deserves access to a high-quality education supporting their growth, well-being, and future success. The Lebanon School District is committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment where all students are empowered to reach their full potential. Amy believes collaboration with educators, families, and the community is key to ensuring students thrive.
